• Official final tax liabilities and customs duty assessments are determined exclusively by official state authorities upon formal submission.
• Government agencies may update tax schedules, foreign exchange rates, or customs fees without notice, resulting in discrepancies between our tool estimates and official assessments.

4. User Responsibility for Inputs

You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all numeric data entered into our tools, including gross earnings, engine displacement (cc), Cost/Insurance/Freight (CIF) values, and expense allocations. ALIO Jamaica is not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate user inputs.
